MAX Asset Tracking provides an easy-to-use scanner interface to add or edit assets.  Since the scanner is portable, the information can be added from anywhere in your organization.

Step 1:   Scan in the Asset Tag and Serial Number and then Select the Asset Type	If the asset already exists, ATS will automatically display the data for that asset and allow you to edit and update it
Step 2:  Scan or select the values for attribute fields	Pull-down menus make data selection easy and accurate
Step 3:  Pick  Applications to track
Quickly Add Duplicate Assets by scanning the original asset to be duplicated and then scanning each duplicate asset
