Individual
Logins
All
MAX solutions include
individual user logins.
Each user is assigned a security
level of administrator,
super user, or
user. This
determines what functions
are made available to the
user. For example,
the system configuration
function is only
available to
administrators.
Individual
logins on the integrated
scanner are
configurable. The
customer can choose to
disable logins, require a
user id only, or require
a user id and
password. The user
id and password must
match those setup on the
system by the administrator.
Detailed
Audit Trails of All
Activities
All
MAX solutions include
complete audit trails of
all activities and
events. This
includes tracking both
successful and
unsuccessful
events. All
solutions provide easy
access to the audit trail
which is fully
searchable. At the
same time, the main
interface to each
solution includes a
button which can be used
to see the change log for
a particular item.
For example, when viewing
an asset, in our
Asset Tracking Solution,
a "Change Log"
button is included on the
screen. When it is
selected, the change log
for that item is shown.
Access
Based on User Credentials
MAX
can configure a solution
to allow access based on
user credentials.
The system can check if
the user meets
predetermined
requirements such as
access to a particular
site or a certain level
of training. Based
on this, the system can
allow or disallow update
of data on a table, form
or method basis.
