Users can retrieve video files
with the Wilife Command Center's quick
search tool designed around a clock
and calendar. Wilife is designed to maximize space with
its motion-based and custom-set recording features that let you
record just the significant moments, such as the unpredictable
window breaks, robberies or fires and routine things that may
prove useful later to police, like each person entering and
exiting the front and back doors.
Users must decide how much
video footage they want to store on their home computer and how
much they want to save remotely, a feature available as part of
the
Wilife Platinum
subscription. MAX recommends you avoid draining your computer's
hard drive with Wilife Platinum, an annual $79.95 subscription
which expands your storage with an additional 50 Gigs of online
storage space and other services like video sharing capability.
Key to the service is the
remote camera playback and management from your cell phone,
laptop or any PC via the Internet. Users can only access camera
playback and management from the computer in which the Command
Center operates with the free Wilife service.
Wilife Platinum also features
Digital
Pan-Tilt-Zoom, which puts you as close as you want to your
image from your cell phone, laptop or PC via the Internet or
your home Command Center. Rounding out the impressive
subscription are graphical desktop notifications of movements,
additional notifications for when someone DOES NOT show
up or deliveries DO NOT arrive and free Wilife Platinum
upgrades as soon as they become available.
